Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Laborer/Maintenance to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general building/grounds maintenance and repairs at our program locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure facilities meet agency, contractual, and regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance, repair, sanitation, and environmental safety.
  • Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks as needed/directed.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours calls.
  • Purchase maintenance supplies and equipment as directed.
  • Maintain an inventory of all maintenance equipment and supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Able to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' work experience or training in all facets of building maintenance required.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearAbout Us
