Seasonal Sales Roles

Our Seasonal Sales team is a group of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions to our guests through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.

Seasonal Service & Engagement

Our Seasonal Service team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales

Our Seasonal General Merchandise team is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by managing product inventory, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
