  • Meet KPI requirements for Talk Time, Dials, Defects Rates, Credit Card Percent, Handle Time, and Discount Rates.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while adhering to compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
