Solar Lead Generation Specialist

KR SOLAR is actively looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Solar Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our operations.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving interest and securing appointments for our solar sales representatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective clients, articulating the advantages of solar energy, and coordinating meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to spark interest in solar energy
- Communicate the benefits of solar energy and arrange appointments for our sales representatives
- Keep precise and current records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments
- Follow up with potential clients to address their needs and confirm appointments
- Work alongside the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and developments in the solar market
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with solar energy and the renewable energy sector is beneficial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong listening skills and effective communication
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
