We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Generalist to join our team and support our efforts in providing smooth and efficient operations within our HR department.

Job Description
This HR Generalist role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documents, coordinating interviews and meetings, and managing spreadsheets and databases. If you have experience with Adobe tools and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry and file organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and tracking applications.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and HR systems.
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Adobe tools (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
