Insight Global’s Human Resources department is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about enhancing the Employee Experience for all employees by compassionately providing support with personal and work-related matters, advocating for our employees, resolving workplace issues promptly and fairly, and empowering our employees to have a voice to express concerns. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you are responsible for the execution of ER processes and practices, providing expert guidance to managers and employees. Through collaboration with Human Resources, legal, and leadership across the organization, you will work to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any employment-related issues that arise, while proactively supporting and maintaining a positive employment climate. In this role, you will investigate and respond to employee complaints, and handle other complex matters exercising discretion, and using independent judgment to determine outcomes and appropriate corrective action.



• Courage to Take Action and act with a sense of urgency to deliver results. • High level of integrity and objectivity to ensure proper outcomes are obtained. • Ability to manage risk while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achieved. • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and resolve in a timely manner. • Ability to prioritize in the face of competing priorities, interruptions and distractions. • Demonstrated expertise investigating complex ER related issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, performance issues, FLSA and FMLA claims, etc. • A sense of urgency and commitment to results coupled with ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization. • Fantastic interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with all levels of an organization. • Knowledge of current state and federal legal and regulatory legislations in Employment Law. • Excellent follow through and attention to detail. • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information. • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly changing environment. • A strong combination of analytical, decision making, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment. • Proven adaptability and capability to adjust priorities in alignment with business needs. • Strong ability to tailor approach and communication styles based on the audience.
