The flying schedule is predominantly domestic, with occasional international trips to destinations such as the Caribbean and Mexico, averaging around 250 flight hours annually.
This role emphasizes a balanced lifestyle, providing the crew with the flexibility to schedule dedicated days off each month. Flight itineraries are planned well in advance, and travel home is often accommodated during extended layovers.
Please note that this position requires residency within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated airport.

- Completes all pre-flight checks, ensuring the aircraft is ready for mission capabilities and documenting any discrepancies in line with SOPs.
- Monitors and manages all ground servicing tasks (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) in accordance with SOPs.
- Conducts passenger briefings per company policy and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of customer service and addressing any special needs of passengers.
- Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles to maintain clear and timely communication with crew and support staff during all phases of operation.
- Delivers high-quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall service experience. Actively investigates and resolves any service discrepancies.
- Collaborates with fellow crew members and internal partners to ensure a consistent service experience for owners and passengers, effectively managing conflicts and challenges.
- Ensures ongoing compliance with regulatory and company-required training and maintains recency of experience.
- Participates in the company Safety Management System (SMS) and reports any safety or compliance issues through the appropriate channels.
