Responsibilities:
  • Implement research projects in the field of the working group
  • Conduct cell culture experiments, cell-based assays, immunoassays, and various molecular biological analysis methods
  • Collect and evaluate data, as well as maintain databases
  • Organize the laboratory and process patient/proband sample material
  • Guide students in the context of experimental final theses
Requirements:
  • Good to very good completed training as a biological-technical assistant or chemical-technical assistant
  • Relevant knowledge in cell culture and molecular biological methodology
  • Knowledge of animal experiments (FELASA, category B) is desirable
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in methodological supervision of students in the context of experimental final theses is desirable
