We are seeking a highly skilled Client Retention Representative to join our team at Watchtower Security. As a key member of our customer relations department, you will be responsible for leading and securing renewals for our current portfolio, developing and implementing metrics and sales strategies to aid in the renewal process, and using retention strategies to perpetuate strong partnerships and relationships within the multifamily industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and secure renewals for our current portfolio through written, verbal, and in-person communication.
- Develop and implement metrics and sales strategies to aid in the renewal process.
- Use retention strategies to perpetuate strong partnerships, new contacts, and influencers within the multifamily industry.
- Develop and foster relationships at the property and regional level.
- Perform training for new and existing clients on our WTS Portal.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by assisting with speed and professionalism.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client problems.
- Participate in industry-specific special events, both locally and remotely.
- Join and participate in Apartment Association events.
- Demonstrate our product or service to potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, preferred.
- Proven above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills, preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be conducive to making a team successful.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of cameras and node connections, a plus.
