Job Description

Job Title: Production Coordinator Assistant

Reports to: Production Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator Assistant to provide support in the development of new styles from concept to production. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Design partners to monitor fabric, trim, and wash development; own the approval process.
  • Track and access weekly factory production status reports/approval status report.
  • Communicate daily with internal/external partners regarding style development, production, and delivery information.
  • Adhere to the TNA calendar; responsible for all sample tracking and to ensure on-time delivery of all development.
  • Sends out PDM and packages to vendors, tracks delivery.
  • Maintain and organize costing records.
  • Maintain and organize style information records.
  • Partners with Coordinators on garment cost, quantity, production planning, sourcing, and delivery.
  • Interpret collected information, react appropriately, and communicate with affected parties in a timely manner.
  • Prepares and communicates the agenda for cross-functional team meetings; attends meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Ability to act as liaison between many departments; excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
