Position Summary

As a vital member of our dining team, the Server Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Your dedication and collaborative spirit will ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable dining occasion.
  • Assist in the preparation and clearing of dining tables, ensuring that utensils, plates, and glassware are properly arranged and that used items are swiftly removed to maintain an orderly dining environment.
  • Support servers by delivering beverages to guests, refilling drinks as necessary, and ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable and uninterrupted meal.
  • Engage with guests to address their needs, answer inquiries, accommodate special requests, and guarantee their comfort throughout their dining experience.
  • Work closely with servers and other restaurant personnel to facilitate efficient service, communicate guest feedback, and coordinate tasks to uphold service excellence.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, while adhering to food safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the department.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
