Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales performance, and managing inventory effectively. This role acts as the department lead, ensuring optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage inventory control and achieve inventory targets.
  • Implement cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotion displays.
  • Restock merchandise as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail sales is essential.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of industry products and trends.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The expected compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience. Individual pay rates are determined based on various factors.
