Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop robust relationships with business leaders to comprehend their specific needs and challenges. Actively seek opportunities to refine HR processes and utilize HRIS technology to improve business results.
- HRIS Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert in Workday, offering configuration, integration, and reporting assistance. Ensure data integrity and precision while using analytics to guide strategic decision-making.
- Leadership in Strategy: Work alongside HR leadership to formulate and implement HRIS strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify emerging trends in HR technology and assess potential solutions to improve HR operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a strong emphasis on Workday
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and project management
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday Certified)
- Experience in a complex, multi-location organization
