Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor teams in planning and designing multi-family, residential, and master planned projects.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to proposal scopes and fees.
  • Oversee project execution, manage staffing levels, and ensure project profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Registered P.E. in Texas.
  • 15+ years of experience with a strong background in Land/Residential Development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
