Job Summary

The Land Development Manager will oversee development projects from pre-acquisition through closeout to ensure communities are delivered on budget and schedule. Key responsibilities include assisting in development-related due diligence items, value engineering plans, providing detailed cost analysis and schedules, creating bid packages, negotiating projects with consultants and trade partners, and managing consultants, trade partners, governmental agencies, utility providers, and others to keep projects on time and budget.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field, and 5+ years of development experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD are also required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
