Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing technical support services to the State of New Mexico, extending the capabilities of the enterprise application systems provided by the Workforce Technology Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage mail, printing, and records management services.
  • Ensure the efficient pickup and delivery of interdepartmental mail.
  • Manage the printing of unemployment claims and tax-generated documents.
  • Convert hardcopy correspondence into digital format and process in the UIA System.
  • Manage document retention, destruction, and release of file records as a Records Liaison Officer.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of clerical experience in an office environment, including three years of experience in computer applications.
  • Experience with printer/copier, mail equipment, and scanners preferred.
Working Conditions

This position works in an office setting with extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching may be required. Ability to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy within strict time constraints.
