Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop high power (3-200kW) and high voltage circuits, including simulation, component selection, and analysis.
Participate in hardware design reviews and engineering quote activities, including architecture definition and BOM development.
Engage in technical discussions with customers and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
BSEE (or equivalent); MSEE preferred
Minimum 7 years of automotive circuit design experience
Experience in High Voltage circuit design (Inverter, On-Board Charger, DC-DC, BMS)
Ability to lead structured problem-solving activities
Detailed knowledge of design for high voltage components and automotive electronics manufacturing processes
