As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and employee management. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and meet budget expectations.
  • Oversee food preparation, sales, and service operations, including forecasting food items and supervising food preparation.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
  • Conduct weekly manager's meetings and audits to ensure systems and procedures are followed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50-60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

This position requires standing, walking, and bending for long periods. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
