  • Address emergencies and customer complaints effectively, seeking resolutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Prepare for group arrivals and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Train new employees on operational procedures and ensure adherence to brand standards. Monitor attendance and provide feedback and support as required.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a front desk position

Excellent communication abilities in English

Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for data management

Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
