- Manage guest registrations, including verifying payment methods and processing transactions. Maintain precise records and ensure that guest accounts are settled in a timely manner.
- Oversee phone calls, messages, and correspondence for guests. Respond to requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address emergencies and customer complaints effectively, seeking resolutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Prepare for group arrivals and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Train new employees on operational procedures and ensure adherence to brand standards. Monitor attendance and provide feedback and support as required.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff.
- Be available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a front desk position
Excellent communication abilities in English
Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for data management
Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
