About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer at SNC, you will be responsible for simulating, testing, certifying, and improving cutting-edge products and services. You will develop complex test plans and procedures for various systems to ensure the verification and validation of all product requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for complex systems
  • Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure product requirements are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues
  • Develop and maintain test documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for testing and validation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • 14+ years of experience in testing and validation
  • Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Progressive experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies
  • Ability to prepare complex test plans, test procedures, and test reports
  • Familiarity with Product and Quality Assurance principles
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
