Job Title: Cloud Engineer/Principal Cloud Engineer

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer/Principal Cloud Engineer to join our team in support of programs at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and related Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as supporting a production environment on site at NASIC/WPAFB.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Cloud-based systems and applications
  • Implement and manage Cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and related Cloud solutions
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of Cloud-based systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cloud-based systems with existing infrastructure
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Cloud-related topics
Requirements:
  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cloud technologies, or equivalent experience
  • IAT Level II certification, such as CASP+ or Security
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with DOD Cloud solutions, such as DAF CLOUDworks
  • VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG), Rancher, or similar DevOps architectures
  • Cloud-related certifications
  • Experience developing automation techniques to improve deployment speed and service reliability in the containerized environment
  • Knowledgeable in development of CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with working knowledge of Agile principles and practices
What We Offer:

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $79,300 - $118,900, as well as a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
