About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service while focusing on delivering quality work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and resolving their HVAC problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working in a residential setting, servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless split systems, boilers, and geo-thermal units.
  • Providing homeowners with honest and informed opinions based on the facts, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Identifying and addressing small problems before they become major issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment longevity.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, while also being part of a team that values collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required).
  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school (beneficial but not required).
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • A lifelong learner who recognizes the importance of continuous learning and growth in the field.
  • A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • CFC certification - Type I and II, Universal (ideal).
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email.
