We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Supervisor to join our team at Haller Enterprises. As a key member of our Commercial Services Group, you will be responsible for leading our installation teams and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Supervise and train installation technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Monitor and maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality installations
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Proficiency with technology and ability to work from an iPad
