Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding service requests and estimated completion times.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed recommendations, including the creation of computerized repair orders and sourcing necessary parts.
  • Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote available service specials.
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians while embodying the company's vision and core values.
  • Supervise a team of up to ten employees.
  • Oversee the inspection, diagnosis, and repair processes for a variety of vehicles, including domestic, European, and Asian models.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service facility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry.
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive disposition.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
