Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and addressing customer needs.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding service requests and estimated completion times.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed recommendations, including the creation of computerized repair orders and sourcing necessary parts.
- Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote available service specials.
- Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians while embodying the company's vision and core values.
- Supervise a team of up to ten employees.
- Oversee the inspection, diagnosis, and repair processes for a variety of vehicles, including domestic, European, and Asian models.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service facility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive disposition.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
