Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, promoting agency management systems, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to deliver exceptional client service and promote agency management systems.
  • Collaborate with claims teams to resolve complex claims issues, analyze trends, and develop strategies to minimize losses and optimize client outcomes.
  • Use agency management systems to streamline workflow, improve client satisfaction, and enhance business operations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with NYC Real Estate experience and familiarity with Agency Management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Benefits
  • An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $130,000, based on location, prior experience, and qualifications.
