Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Surveyor to join our Survey Group in Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned projects and client accounts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilize relevant software, modeling, and CADD technology to manage design-related surveying projects.
- Perform calculations using surveying formulas and skills, or utilize computers to solve problems.
- Communicate effectively with the Division Manager, clients, staff, and internal design team.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Engineering or a scientific area, or equivalent work experience.
- Licensed (L.S.) in one or more states where Timmons Group conducts business.
- 5-10 years of surveying experience.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D software, Machine Control Models, GPS/RTK technology, and project accounting.
- Experience in client development and supervision of technical work.
- Working knowledge of technical and office support software.
