Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Diversify Bx LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, as prescribed by the clinical supervisor.
  • Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals every session.
  • Maintain client data in the home, updating program data sheets within the required timeframe on our online data collection platform.
  • Submit monthly summary sheets to the clinical supervisor by the last day of the following month.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress, as instructed by the clinical supervisor.
  • Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
  • Maintain client confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
  • Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff trainings or meetings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • CPR or BLS Certification preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician Credential preferred.
  • NPI Number required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skills accordingly.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, adhering to Diversify Bx's dress code policy.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including computers, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Ability to implement clinical protocols.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development in Applied Behavior Analysis to support job competency.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assume and maintain various postures, including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing, for extended periods.
  • Must be willing and able to hold, transport, and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
  • Must be physically present at the assigned job location.
  • Must have reliable phone access with internet capability.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites within 25 miles of your home address.
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License and insurance in good standing.
