Marketing Manager Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at PayCargo LLC, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and establishing its position as the most trusted logistics payment platform. You will oversee a 5-person marketing team and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of PayCargo's marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that includes online campaigns, high-profile events, and multichannel marketing efforts.
  • Product Marketing Management: Create compelling marketing strategies and offers for PayCargo's product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Multichannel Marketing Execution: Oversee and optimize a multichannel marketing strategy, incorporating digital, social, and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions, ensuring strategies are based on solid evidence and insights to achieve measurable results.
  • Event Marketing and Promotion: Lead the marketing efforts for PayCargo's flagship events, ensuring each event achieves its engagement goals and elevates the PayCargo brand.
  • Content Strategy Oversight: Guide the development and execution of PayCargo's content strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand, compelling, and effectively supports marketing and business objectives.
  • Innovation and Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously exploring new marketing technologies, strategies, and approaches to keep PayCargo at the forefront of the logistics marketing space.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience: Proven track record of success in a marketing management role at a high-growth entrepreneurial organization.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, including crafting, executing, and scaling conversion funnels, content marketing, email marketing, social media, search marketing, data/analytics, and testing/optimization.
  • Data Obsession: Passion for data, including tracking and analyzing large datasets to drive strategy.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a high-growth marketing team, composed of various marketing-based roles, and deploy effective marketing strategies that increase Net New Revenue with new clients while also increasing LTV with existing clients.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing, with a love for the psychology of persuasion and influence.
