About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced optometrist to lead our LASIK clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refractive surgery, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform consults, pre-and post-op care, and help plan surgical treatments
- Promote TLC to referring doctors and collaborate with our sister ophthalmology practice
- Work closely with our team of experienced surgeons and ophthalmic technicians to deliver 20/20 vision results or better to our patients
- Doctorate in Optometry and a current license to practice in the state of Florida
- Superior patient care, clinical expertise, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a team-player mentality
- Refractive knowledge and an understanding of basic marketing principles
