As an Orthopedic Therapist at Inova Health System, you will work closely with our team of experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary, including a comprehensive benefits package and student loan assistance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Responsibilities- Document patient evaluations clearly and concisely, including all essential elements according to department policy.
- Complete daily progress notes reflecting patients' responses to treatment, actual performance, and assessment of status relevant to the treatment plan.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information to support reimbursement and facilitate effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to address special needs of patients and families.
- Minimum of one year experience in a Physical Therapy setting or entry-level physical therapists accepted.
- Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association upon start.
