About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic conditions. They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of weakness and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional mobility, strength, and range of motion
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum one year experience in a physical therapy setting (entry-level candidates considered)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
