About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elementary school students.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-5 across two locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Providing direct therapy services to students.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary school students, particularly in grades 3-5.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure in Virginia.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
