Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work and supportive services to Treatment Foster Care, Adoption, and Family CARE clients and families. Your responsibilities will include intake, assessment, clinical support, crisis intervention, referral, report writing, family reunification, family recruitment, and discharge planning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a field related to social work, such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling, with a minimum of one year of direct service experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of direct service experience is also acceptable. You must have demonstrated ability to apply sound clinical casework and counseling skills to children and families, as well as understand treatment modalities and their implications for services to families and youth.
