Job Title: PAP Specialist

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a highly skilled PAP Specialist to join our team. As a PAP Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible care and support for their respiratory needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and timely enter data into our database, including payer, authorization requirements, coverage limitations, and status of requalification.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, physician offices, and AdaptHealth sales and support staff to ensure timely receipt of documentation and education as necessary.
  • Identify trends and provide feedback and education to internal and external customers on compliant documentation requirements for services provided.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Complete assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
  • Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management, regardless of industry.
  • Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
