Job Title: I&E Engineer

Ben Aris LLC is seeking a highly skilled I&E Engineer to join our team. As an I&E Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of instrument and electrical equipment according to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide electrical and instrument technical support for maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of site instrumentation, control, electrical equipment, and systems.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Asset Management Plan (AMP).
  • Audit and improve instrument and electrical equipment PM programs to ensure the health and effectiveness of the systems based on equipment failures, process changes, and PM data.
  • Provide support for T&I (turnaround) work scope development and participate in the investigation and follow-up documentation of high-impact or high-potential impact incidents.
  • Interface with diverse groups, including instrument technicians, electrical technicians, production operators, and engineers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • BS Electrical Engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of I&E maintenance or reliability experience.
  • Knowledge of control systems, including control valves, transmitters, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, PLC/DCS, etc.
  • Knowledge of risk-based work prioritization methodology and Reliability Centered Maintenance or Asset Management Plan Development.
