Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a dedicated Parking Operations Manager to oversee our parking facilities. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary representative for our clients, their patrons, and our internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Ensure premier customer satisfaction through a friendly and proactive approach.
  • Manage work orders related to equipment issues and other management requests.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and safety of assigned facilities, reporting any maintenance concerns to management.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in parking management or customer service is preferred.
  • A self-motivated individual with a willingness to embrace new challenges, particularly in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are required.
