Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in establishing performance standards and recommending procedure changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to the provided maintenance checklist.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, and garage data as requested by management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements:
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system.

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
