Registered Nurse Opportunities in Homecare

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of best practices.
- Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice.
- Health Certificate: Maintain a current health certificate, as required by facility or state regulations.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Provide proof of a current PPD or chest X-ray, as required by facility or state regulations.
- BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
