Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice.
- Health Certificate: Maintain a current health certificate, as required by facility or state regulations.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or chest X-ray, as required by facility or state regulations.
- BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred.
