Responsibilities- Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Assessment and Documentation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Plan of Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Interventions and Revisions: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards, revising the plan as needed.
- Clinical Judgment: Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs, establishing priorities and making informed decisions.
- Education and Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Health Certificate: Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS Card: Current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
