Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Account Executive to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on the successful adoption of our Customer & Industry Workflows products, including CIWF multi-workflow solutions, across assigned accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop account plans, and manage executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
* Engage assigned accounts to create new business opportunities
* Manage executive relationships to drive customer success
* Lead virtual teams to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor. Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams, understanding CRM or CX solution-related business processes, and the ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients are essential. A minimum of 7 years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization is required.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
