Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Sales professional to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of exterior architectural products, including outdoor site furniture and lighting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the A&D community, with experience in collaborating with landscape architects/designers, contractors, architects, facility owners, and other specifiers. You will be responsible for developing technical specifications, guiding specifiers through the bidding and purchasing cycle, and providing innovative solutions to their challenges.

This role offers career independence and control, backed by a company that provides extensive support, training, and hands-on mentorship. You will operate in an established territory with a great reputation within the spec community, and collaborate with other experienced Territory Managers for additional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and sales management
  • Represent building materials at trade shows
  • Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with landscape architects/designers, contractors, architects, facility owners, and other specifiers
  • Develop technical specifications and guide specifiers through the bidding and purchasing cycle

Requirements:

  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Experience in Building Materials and Trade Shows
  • Sales Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of landscape design and outdoor construction is a plus
  • Architectural specification sales knowledge preferred
