Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and update customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, guiding them through the repair process.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to team members.
  • Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
  • Understand insurance programs and procedures.
  • Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
  • Support team members when required.
  • Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
  • Awareness of where to look for answers.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
