**Qualifications:**

  • Successful completion of state-approved certified nursing assistant training program required.
  • Current/valid state-issued Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, acceptable credentialing bodies include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS).
