As a Senior Product Manager within our Creative Insights division, you will spearhead innovative offerings for our marketing technology platform, Alli. Your responsibilities will encompass product management within the Alli Insights Pillar, focusing on solutions that harness data to enable marketers to make quicker, data-informed decisions.

In close collaboration with the Creative and Media teams at PMG, you will contribute to shaping the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the entire product category. Your role will also involve working alongside Engineering, Sales, Marketing, external Partners, and Customers to champion our product, optimize its capabilities, and guide it toward market success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a data-driven methodology to assist creative teams in enhancing their concepts and production processes.
  • Oversee the roadmap for the Creative Insights platform within Alli.
  • Comprehend the collaborative dynamics between creative and media teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new product opportunities through AI and data science methodologies.
  • Engage with external partners (e.g., Google, Amazon, OpenAI) to explore collaboration and licensing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executives to align on product vision and strategy.
  • Manage product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Actively engage users and promote adoption through various marketing initiatives, including company-wide meetings, informational sessions, newsletters, and product documentation.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of concurrent product projects, ensuring quality deliverables, managing dependencies, and achieving outcomes on schedule.
  • Coordinate product release delivery with Engineering and Media teams.
  • Conduct research, gather, and document product and customer requirements, ensuring comprehensive and current project documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to assess costs, timelines, and capacity for requests.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design user flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
  • Brainstorm and ideate innovative solutions.
  • Conduct testing to enhance software quality.
  • Provide content for product lines and marketing communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency or in a product-centric role within a technology organization.
  • Extensive experience with customer data, martech datasets, and/or digital advertising platforms; experience collaborating with creative teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in delivering product marketing presentations to large audiences, both internally and externally; familiarity with Keynote/PowerPoint.
  • Passion for understanding user behavior and needs.
  • Prior experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or data science modeling.
  • Experience managing the complete product lifecycle.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in learning new tools and technologies.
