Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a skilled Residential Care Attendant to provide housekeeping services to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with memory impairments.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces, as well as public areas within our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
  • Restock supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask efficiently.
  • Prioritize strong customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
