Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic CNA to join our team as a Hospice Aide. This role is critical to ensuring that our patients and their families receive exceptional care and support during a challenging time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide palliative care to bed-ridden patients in their private residences
  • Assist with activities of daily living and perform homemaking and other environmental services as assigned
  • Provide care per written instruction and maintain accurate records of patient care
  • Report any problems or changes in patient condition to the nurse
  • Foster a cooperative effort among personnel by participating in team and staff conferences
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Relevant experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide
  • Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
  • Current CPR certification
