Hospice Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Infinite Care Hospice Inc. As a Hospice Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of Hospice services
- Implement current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within scope of practice
- Obtain orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
Requirements:
- Current LVN license in the State of CA
- One year of experience preferred
- Experience in hospice care preferred
