Job Title: Global Learning Instructional Design Manager

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Global Learning Instructional Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Learning organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop learning solutions
  • Design and develop blended learning solutions that incorporate various delivery methods and technologies
  • Ensure learning solutions are aligned with Chubb's global learning standards and meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement learning solutions and measure their impact on business results
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning theories
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of instructional designers
  • Ability to establish solid cross-cultural working relationships and work in various time zones
  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop innovative learning solutions that support business results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
