Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct front-end analysis and assessments to identify knowledge gaps and define learning needs
  • Design and develop training content, including e-learning courses, webinars, and instructor-led training
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to design and develop learning solutions
  • Develop training roadmaps and measurement tools to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Manage course development and implementation from start to finish
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate Storyline
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and practices
